• Please respect confirmed appointment times. Rescheduling and cancellation may be subject to the terms of each booking.

All intellectual property rights in the platform, its content, and its services are owned by Qiima. Copying, reusing, or exploiting any part of the platform, courses, or learning materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

• Qiima does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the platform.
• We are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the platform.
• Content may include links to external sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

• Payment and refund policies vary by the nature of each course, session, or subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them shall be referred to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
